RETURNS-CHANGE OF AN ITEM AFTER RECEIVED IT
1. Want to change an item
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange for an alternative item less the cost of shipping.
You can send us back your item and we ship the new one chosen but you would need to pay the new shipping cost accordingly with item's weight.

2. I received a faulty item
We are fully responsable for the quality of our items. In case of any problem with the item you have chosen we will replace it with a new one for free, shipping cost included. just write us an give us details about the problem you found on your item.

PERSONAL DATA AND CREDIT CARDS DETAILS
1. Why shall i give my address and telephone number
We will  ask for the contact details including your telephone number so that we and/or our nominated courier can call you if there's any problem with item you chose or for delivering.

2. Are my personal data and card's details protected?
If you are placing an order through our web site we will ask you your personal data like address and telephone number and your credit card's details. we will use them only to go through your payment and item delivering, we never share with other companies etc, shopping with is is completely safe. accordingly with the rules of on line shopping we use a Thawte SSL encryption certificate that ensures the information sent between your computer and our server is kept private.This means your number is encrypted and no one can see credit your card number during the approval process.

BELTS' SIZES
Belts are sized in centimetres (accordingly to italian system). If you use inches instead just write us your preferred size and we convert it for you. or you can easily find any on line converter and tell us the size you think is best for you.

SHIPPING AND EXTRA COSTS
1. How long does it take to receive my order?
We use DHL courier international service to deliver all our items. time of deliver depends on how far from our store you are. we ship worldwide, usually doesn't take more than 5 days. we will update you in due course.

2. What time do I expect to receive my order?
DHL delivers from Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.30pm and they ask a signature to confirm you received your order.

3. Can I track my item?
We will write you an email as soon as we deliver your item to DHL courier, and you will receive a tracking number. from then you can check your shipping directly with the courier.

4. Do I have extra costs beyond shipping?
You will be charged of an extra 4% on your total payment at checkout. this will cover taxes, credit card fees and insurance for shipping.
